The Judges of the 52-1 District Court are happy to answer general questions regarding the legal system, however, they are prohibited from giving legal advice or commenting on specific cases. Responses will be sent as often as possible, but due to the volume of questions submitted, a response may be delayed. We appreciate your patience. All responses will be posted for the general public.

At this time, submission of a question is open only to the students of the Huron Valley Schools, Walled Lake School District, Novi School District and South Lyon Community Schools . If you are a student in one of these school districts and wish to submit a question, you must be prepared to enter the proper password and user Identification numbers before continuing. This information can be obtained from the instructor of your class.
